Lyles Co. is actively seeking bids from certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers as part of the "Good Faith Effort" program as set forth for the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District - Regional Water Reclamation Facility Upgrade project. Items of work include: Demolition, AC Paving, Earthwork, Fencing, Landscaping, Precast, Rebar, Masonry, Structural Steel, Misc. Metals, Tile Roofing, Doors & Frames, Windows & Storefronts, Drywall & Framing, Tile, Acoustic Ceilings, Flooring Painting & Coating, Spec 10, Pipe/Valves/Fittings, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Sprinkler Systems, Lab Equipment, SWPPP, Survey, Trucking, etc.

We accept bids on any and all portions of work.
We will receive pricing for a breakdown of items. For example, the Painting scope could be broken out into the following: Above Grade Piping, Below Grade Piping, Building Coatings, Equipment Coating, CMU Wall Protective Coating, Chemical Floor Coating, etc.
We make efforts to establish delivery schedules, where the requirement permits, which encourages your participation.
And we encourage your contracting with a consortium of DBEs when a contract is too large for your firm to handle individually.
