488 N. LaSalle is located at the southwest corner of Illinois and LaSalle. The plan includes 11 floors of core and shell office space, ground floor retail and lobby, and an amenity space at the top of the building. The project includes 187,000 square feet and is approximately 182 feet tall.

Lendlease is currently seeking expressions of interest from MBE and WBE firms certified with the City of Chicago and/or Cook County.
