- Replacement of damaged areas of the 5th floor topping slab
- Replacement of the 5th Floor Expansion Joints (Four)
- Epoxy grout and seal of cracks at Helices (two bridges)
- Replacement of the waterproofing membranes in the Quick Turn Around (QTA; aka car wash) areas QTA 4 and QTA 2
- Replace Asphalt Driveway from S. 160th Street
- Replace existing Perimeter Fence with a 10' no climb fence and install two pedestrian access gate with exit only turnstiles
- Reseal the employee and visitor parking lot on the 5th floor
- Perimeter Landscaping

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
