Scope of Work:

INCREMENT 2 - (N) MODULAR CONSTRUCTION CONSISTING OF (6) CLASSROOM BUILDINGS, (1) ADMIN, (1) MEDIA CENTER BUILDING, CONSTRUCTION OF ROOF CANOPIES, AND SITE FENCING.

INCREMENT 3 - MINOR MODERNIZATION TO (E) BUILDINGS L AND Q, INCLUDING ROOF SHINGLES REPLACEMENT AT BUILDING Q, EXTERIOR PAINTING BUILDINGS L AND Q, CONSTRUCTION OF KITCHEN ADDITION TO (E) BUILDING L, CONSTRUCTION OF LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS & PLAY FIELDS/COURTS.

The Work in this Bid shall consist of Increment 2&3 including the following bid packages: Final Cleaning, Site/Building Concrete, Steel/Misc. Metals, FRP, Insulation, Roofing/Sheetmetal, Expansion Joint Covers, Doors/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glazing, Cement Plaster, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Soft Flooring, Paint/Epoxy, Misc. Specialties, Food Service Equipment, Athletic Equipment, Site Furnishings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Paving Paint/Striping, Synthetic Turf, Fencing/Gates, and Landscaping.

Previous Increment Bids:
INCREMENT 1 - DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS ON SITE EXCLUDING BUILDINGS L AND Q, UNDERGROUND SITE UTILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH NEW BUILDINGS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS, GRADING & DRAINAGE, STUDENT DROP OFF, STAFF PARKING LOT AND OFFSITE IMPROVEMENTS.

Flint Builders will require all proposals to be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the Plan Room.
Bonding: Upon review of pre-qualification forms Flint reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Initial cost of Payment and Performance Bonds will be paid by Flint directly to the subcontractor's surety. Subcontractors will be required to pay for any increases due to time and contract price revisions.

This project includes Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements per CA Public Contract Code.
