Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) for the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) Wastewater Treatment Plant Geotechnical Investigation for Seismic Hazard Mitigation Project RFP.

Specifically, Geosyntec is looking to evaluate firms that have the following capabilities and can demonstrate relevant experience, preferably providing these services to California public agencies in the past 3 years:

Geotechnical Investigation Contractor(s): Drilling and Cone Penetration Testing
Geotechnical Investigation Field Oversight / Logging (Engineer / Geologist)
Geotechnical Testing Laboratory
Geotechnical Engineering Analysis Support (focus on seismic analysis: liquefaction, lateral spreading, seismic stability)
Surveyor
