Is seeking qualified DBEs, DVBEs, SBEs, San Leandro Local Business

Pavement Coatings Co. is requesting quotes from all qualified City of San Leandro LBE subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials supply/delivery, Trucking, Temporary Traffic Control, Tree Trimming by Arborist, Distressed Pavement Repair (Dig Outs), Remove Existing, Replace Existing and Install New Thermoplastic Stripes, Pavement Markings and Markers, Remove, Relocate, or Install Roadside Signs, Adjust Sanitary Sewer or Storm Water Manhole Frame and Cover to Grade, Adjust Survey Monument or Sanitary Sewer Lamphole Frame and Cover to Grade, ETC Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Pavement Coatings Co. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.

Subcontractor's quotes should include any updates pertaining to addendum issued as well as follow specifications. LBE subcontractors should possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and LBE verification that is attached with proposal. Bonds pertaining to performance or payment may be required.
