This project is federally funded , This project falls within the City requirements of Section 3 & WBE /MBE.
This notice is issued to inform & encourage all suppliers and subcontractors that falls under Section 3 requirements submit there quotes to Alfaro Communications Construction (ACCI).
ACCI is Seeking quotes from all Subcontractors and Suppliers
who are Qualified and Certified as Section 3 or WBE / DBE for the following Trades:

1-Electrical Suppliers and Subcontractors
2-Excavation
3-Signal & Signs Suppliers.
4-Landscaping Subcontractors
5-Concrete Suppliers and Subcontractors.
6- Mobilization

This is Federal Rate Wages project.
The firm must posses and maintain a current contractor license. The firm must be registered with
Department of Industrial Relations and should have a current DIR no..
The required firm must be CUF " Commercial Useful Function" so the participation goal is accepted
towards the good faith effort.
The required firm (if requested) must provide a final bonds for 100% of the full amount of the
subcontractor price.
