100% performance bonds may be required for the full subcontracted amount. AM Concrete will pay up to 2.5% of the bond premium. Subcontractors must possess a valid Californian Contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, current insurance. Subcontractor's will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement.
