Install a 13,939 foot-long, 18-foot 10-inch internal diameter, segmentally lined tunnel constructed with a pressurized face Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM); construct 5 shafts to include civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation work; install a 646 foot-long, 94-inch internal diameter, conveyance tunnel under the Lake Washington Ship Canal using a Microtunnel Boring Machine (MTBM); install surface conveyance piping and structures, and site restoration at all shaft locations.

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to D/M/WBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
