Is seeking qualified DBEs

GHD Inc. is preparing a proposal in response to this RFP and intends to conduct itself in "good faith" with DBE firms regarding participation on this project. The objective of this contract is to "provide consulting services to address water resources and conservation goals of Metro's sustainability effort including the preparation of analyses, studies, surveys, investigations, modeling, predictions, recommendations, and/or reports related to the operation and maintenance of Metro's transportation systems, facilities, and support activities."

GHD is interested in statements of qualifications from potential subcontractor DBE certified firms. Qualifications shall include DBE certifications, professional registrations, and relevant experience in any of the following areas: Water Conservation, Water Recycling, Sustainable Infrastructure Design, Water and Waste Water Management Systems Design, Geotechnical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Fire Protection, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Permitting, Environmental Regulatory Compliance, Stormwater Compliance, Hazardous Waste Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Industrial Hygiene, Public Outreach, GIS Platforms and/or Dashboards, Water Sampling, Field Audits, QA/QC Program Management.

Please limit work experience to three relevant projects. A work history with LA Metro, Caltrans or other LA County agencies or cities is preferred.
