Jett Industries, Inc. is actively soliciting quotations for the Bowery Bay WWTP Power Distribution Improvements, Astoria, NY. We will be bidding the project that has a combined goal of 20% for MBE and WBE, as well as SDVOB participation. The project bids on May 2, 2019. Please provide your detailed scope of work by April 25, 2019 and final Quote by 12:00 on April 30, 2019.

The following is a general description of work under this contract only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed. Performance of Operational Assessment Program to evaluate the operational condition of existing electrical equipment at the WWTP that will be affected by work performed under this Contract; Demolition of remaining 208V power distribution equipment; elimination, conversation, or replacement of 208V; Modification of existing 208V equipment; installation of new electrical distribution equipment; construction of new duct bank between Electrical Building 6; Demolition of the existing Main Substation Mimic Panel; refurbishment of the Main substation 2; architectural refurbishment of existing electrical spaces; ventilation and HVAC improvements to electrical spaces; replacement of 20 sump pump installations; replacement of four (4) digested recirculating pumps; replacement of two (2) dewatering Pumps; Seal Water Pump Replacement; demolition of existing TWAS and TRAS pumps; and resiliency improvements to six(6) existing electrical Buildings.
