The construction of a 95,213-sq. ft. New Elementary School facility on 9.09-acre lot comprised of one (1) single story building and one (1) two story building of masonry and metal stud construction on Clark County School Districts property complete with playgrounds, parking lot, offsite improvements and both on and offsite utilities to support the project.
All underground trades are required to include cost for CALICHE, hard to very hard, well cemented sand and gravel per the Geotechnical Report.
