NPC is requesting the following trades including but not limited to: Trucking, CAS, Traffic Control, Job Site Management, SWPPP, REAP, Prep Fugitive Dust Plan, Railroad Modifications, Clear & Grub, Erosion Control, Hydroseeding, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete, Modular Block Retaining Wall, Minor Concrete, Plastic Pipe, Flared End Sections, Precast Pipe Inlets, RSP, Simulated Wood Fence, Wood Post Signs, Handrailing, Striping, Pedestrian Signal System.
Your company's certification must be current. We require a copy of your CURRENT CERTIFICATION with your quote.
In addition to requests for participation from certified DBE subcontractor's suppliers, NPC requests non-DBE subcontractors to provide lower-tier DBE subcontractor and/or supplier participation. Non-DBE subcontractors, please indicate lower-tier DBE participation offered on your quote as it will be evaluated with your price. NPC analyzes and considers each DBE quote, including those that are broken down into economically feasible units to facilitate bidding.

NPC IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS BREAKING OUT PORTIONS OF WORK TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION.

He is available to answer any questions regarding scope of work, interpretation of plans, specs, bid process including breaking out portions of work to encourage DBE participation. NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. Plans and specs can be obtained from Quest CDN https://www.questcdn.com for a non-refundable download fee or can be viewed at local plan rooms or our office at 870 Napa Valley Corporate Way, Ste. R, Napa, CA. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting NPC's requirements and will be required to sign the NPC's Subcontract Agreement. NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates.
