Project Details
The contractor shall possess a Class "A" license at the time the contract is awarded. The proposed repair to the slide is a drilled hole steel soldier pile concrete retaining wall approximately 280' long. The wall height varies from approximately 5' to 23'. The pier depth varies from approximately 20' to 45'. The Engineers Estimate for this project is $2,000,000.
Bidders Bond is required when submitting Proposal. The Labor and Material, Performance Bond is required once awarded. The insurance requirements are listed in the plans and specifications.
