BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting the bids from DVBE subcontractors for the HOOVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INTERIM PORTABLES.

Site improvements of (6) 24'x40' Portable Classroom Buildings and (1) 12'x40', cut/cap to existing playing field irrigation, grading for new AC pavement, existing playing field topsoil & reseeding at areas of disturbance, selective demolition & repair to site perimeter chain link fence, construction of new transformer pad, installation of pipe bollards at (n) site transformer (transformer furnished/installed by others), extension/modification of existing sanitary sewer, domestic water, electrical power distribution including new main switchboard, disconnect/reconnect existing electrical service onsite, low voltage, fire alarm, salvage and reinstallation of District classroom equipment (assistive listening system and Smartboards with Smartboard projectors from (6) existing upper wing classrooms, room ID signage, new chain link fence enclosures at (6) ea. Wall-mount HVAC units.

Contract Documents are available for viewing at the Districts Facilities office or are
also available for purchase for One Hundred dollars ($100.00) at ARC Document

2310 This fee is refundable if the Contract Documents are returned in clean
condition back to the District Facilities Office no later than ten (10) calendar days
after the date of the bid opening.
