Project Details
We are seeking quotes for abatement & hazardous demolition, fencing, singly ply roofing, arch sheet metal & flashing, glass / glazing, acoustical ceilings, painting, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical as required to complete the Increment #1 scope.
For fire alarm modifications and repairs the supervising technician is required to be on call and have at a minimum NICET LEVEL 2 Certification or equal. The District may consider other certs as identified in the 00 11 13 Notice to Bidders.
Any electrical, mechanical, and plumbing subcontractors must be pre-qualified by the District. A list of pre-qualified contractors is posted on the District's website.
This is a prevailing wage project.
