Marina Landscape Inc. is a construction firm bidding on the above listed project and seeking sub bids/quotes from qualified DBE contractors, vendors, manufactures and suppliers for following items of work that have been broken down and can be broken down further into economical feasible elements to assist the participation of DBE CONTRACTORS/VENDORS: TRAFFIC CONTROL, CLEARING AND GRUBBING, EXCAVATION AND HAULOFF, STORM WATER POLLUTION PLAN , MONUMENT (MASONRY), MAINTENANCE PULLOUT (ASPHALT PAVING), WALK GATE, IRRIGATION ITEMS, PLANTING ITEMS, DEMOLITION, IRRIGATION CROSSOVERS, ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS FOR IRRIGATION CONTROLLERS, HYDROSEED, ROCK MATERIALS, DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND ITEMS, IMPORT TOPSOIL, MULCH AND SOIL AMENDMENTS, CHAINLINK FENCE REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION, PIPE GATE, POST AND CABLE FENCE, SLOPE PAVING (STAMPED CONCRETE), LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE.

Subcontractors must possess a current active contractor's license, DIR number, general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance. Payment and performance bond may be required for the full contract amount. Marina Landscape is signatory with the operating engineers and laborers, and pipefitters unions.
