Project Scope: Constructing curb, gutter and sidewalk to meet accessibility standards, upgrading existing traffic signal, landscaping, storm water drainage system, construct/ reconstruct accessible curb ramps, install fiber optic traffic signal communication system, install new street lights

Work/ Supply Needed: Traffic control, fencing, tree removal, cold plane asphalt concrete, asphalt concrete, micro-surfacing, signs and striping, landscaping, electrical, trucking

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request. Interested subcontractors must have an active State Contractor's license with a classification appropriate for the work to be performed. Interested subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
