Ninyo & Moore, Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants is soliciting letters of interest and qualifications from DBE firms (49 CFR, Part 26 entitled "Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs") who wish to provide support services to Ninyo & Moore under an as-needed contract to provide materials testing, pavement mix design, and inspection services on federal and non-federal funded projects due by 2:00 p.m. February 28, 2019. As part of the Ninyo & Moore's commitment to conduct itself in good faith with regard to DBE participation for this project, Ninyo & Moore will assist qualified subcontractors to secure any necessary bonding, lines of credit, and insurance coverage that may be required under this contract. rn
