Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District)

Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs

The District is currently analyzing an Authority to Construct (AC) permit application submitted by American River Ag, Inc. (ARA). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to assist the District in fulfilling any applicable requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) associated with the issuance of the permit. This may include documenting any exemptions, or preparing a negative declaration or Environmental Impact Report (EIR). rnrnPlease see Attachment #1, "Scope of Services" of the RFP for additional information. The "Scope of Services" provides what is necessary for the preparation of an EIR. However, if it is determined that a negative declaration is the appropriate document, the scope of services will be modified accordingly.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using the District's web-based e-Procurement system Public Purchase by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, January 31, 2019. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
