The project includes installation of approximately 16,000 feet new pipeline from the West Napa Pump Station (located near the intersection of South Coombs Street and West Imola Avenue) . The pipeline will be located within South Coombs Street, Spruce Street, Franklin Street, Sycamore Street, Jefferson Street, Old Sonoma Road, crossing of Highway 29 at Old Sonoma Road, Freeway Drive, 1st Street, and Browns Valley Road. The project will include trenching, removal and replacement of existing sewer pipe and manholes with new materials, modifications to the City of Napa water system, installation of dewatering wells along the pipe alignment, bypass pumping, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete paving, pavement overlay, striping and markings as shown on the Contract Drawings. CIPP of existing sewer line under Highway 29 and manhole rehabilitation are also included in the project.

JMB is seeking quotes for the following items of work:
trucking, traffic control, sawcutting, paving, CIPP lining, striping, micro tunnelling, concrete flat work. Furnishing of pipe, precast, aggregates
