Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. is seeking certified MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB subcontractors, suppliers & truckers for construction on the Browns Valley Trunk Project. Quotes requested include, but are not limited to, the following scopes of work: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL, LOOP DETECTORS REPLACEMENT (TYPE A, B, C, D, OR E), RESET - ADJUST ROADWAY ITEMS, COLD PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, MISC. CONCRETE WORKS INCLUDING FILLS IN THE PIPE ZONE, CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT, ADJUST EXISTING UTILITY STRUCTURE TO GRADE, ADJUST EXISTING MANHOLE STRUCTURE TO GRADE, CONFORM GRIND, TRENCH PAVING, 6-INCH HMA DIGOUT AND REPAIR, ASPHALT PAVING, JACKED REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE, CIPP METHOD 10-INCH SEWER, EROSION CONTROL, THERMOPLASTIC STRIPING & PAVEMENT MARKINGS, WATER TRUCK, STREET SWEEPING, TRUCKING, AND MATERIAL SUPPLIER. Engineer's Estimate: $18,000,000 / MINORITY GROUPS: MBE/WBE/DBE/ SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB / 614 CD / $1,000 per day LD. Submit quotes by Noon on bid date. Contact our estimator for more information. GCC may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)

Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void.

Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming GCC as additional insured; including completed operations coverage; Use form 'CG-2010-1185' or equivalent; include Primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
