The work to be done includes pipeline relocation at Village 8 West. Construct from the existing end of La Media Road to La Media Road 32+0. Construct from La Media Road 32+00 to and through intersection at Avenida Caprise. Balance of work including testing and all tie-ins.

Subcontracting and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following items of work:

Mandatory SLBE-ELBE Utilization Participation: 22.3%
SLBE 8.7%
ELBE 13.6%

Due to the mandatory SLBE-ELBE participation requirements, it is important for all SLBE-ELBE firms to respond to this invitation to bid by providing a quote or letting us know in writing via email (estimating@jwfowler.com) or fax (503-623-9117), if you are NOT going to bid. We appreciate your timely response.

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to SLBE-ELBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
