PROJECT DETAILS: The Work includes but is not limited to: Repairs to subfloor beams; stringers; stiffening truss gusset plates; floor truss center posts; lower chord; catwalk and stairs; repair and replacement of traveler runway rail beams; hangers; splice plates; rivet; drainage pan at Tower Spans 9 and 11 of the upper level; furnishing and installing means restriction fencing system and accessories; cleaning and painting of the suspended spans between the Brooklyn and Staten Island Anchorages. Additional subcontractors and vendors as follows: Lead Abatement; Testing Lab; Office Trailer; Computers; Office Furniture; CPM Scheduling; Permits; Porta-Johns; Diesel; Surveying; MPT Items

Please note Item Numbers on your proposal; Estimated Quantities with Units are provided.

Provide References on past/current projects if you have not provided previously along with your EMR (Safety rating).

Please provide a price proposal to Furnish/Install or Supply your scope or supply of work including but not limited to work and jobsite delivery; all in accordance with and conforming to the project contract documents and additional requirements necessary to complete the work as specified herein. The referenced work scope shall also be performed to comply with the requirements of the project schedule, Milestones, including work staging and phasing, work restrictions and constraints, site access conditions and be coordinated with all other aspects of the project.

Confidential Information: Keep all information furnished by the Authority Confidential. Confidential Information includes specifications, drawings, plans, diagrams, sketches, renderings, and other technical data and information. Confidential Information pertaining to this Project may only be utilized in connection with such Project and by individuals who, in fact, have a "need to know" the contents of such Confidential Information, must be appropriately safeguarded. Contractors and Vendors shall not and hereby represent that it will not send, ship, mail, deliver, email, or otherwise transmit any such Confidential Information in any form or by any means outside of the United States. Breach of this provision may be deemed by the Authority to be a material breach of the Contract.
