Scope of work: Earthwork, drainage installation, pavement repair, barrier rail installation and mitigation planting.
Engineer's estimate: $2,864,540.00 225 working days $3,000/L.D.'s
NPC is requesting the following trades including but not limited to: Trucking, surveying, lead compliance plan, CAS, traffic control, type II/III barricades, temp. traffic striping/pavement markings, temp. K-rail, temp. crash cushion module/temp. in-line crash cushion, SWPPP, asbestos compliance plan, treated wood waste, clear & grub, subgrade enhancement geotextile, landscaping, (trees, wood mulch, temp. irrigation, permanent erosion control), AC dike, cold plane AC pavement, structural concrete, minor concrete, drill and bond dowel, bar reinforcing steel, RCP, oval shaped RCP, HDPE pipe, RSP, RSP fabric, iron and steel, fencing, striping and pavement markers (bumpers), roadside signs, aluminum signs, Midwest guardrail, terminal systems, end anchors, informational kiosk, pipe gate

NPC IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS BREAKING OUT PORTIONS OF WORK TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION.

He is available to answer any questions regarding scope of work, interpretation of plans, specs, bid process. NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. Plans and specs can be obtained from www.CIPlist.com at no cost or can be viewed at local plan rooms or our office at 870 Napa Valley Corporate Way, Ste. R, Napa, California.
INSURANCE: NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates.
