Services needed: Engelke Construction, Inc. an equal opportunity employer, is requesting qualified DVBE concrete, landscape, electrical and striping subcontractors to submit bids for the above project. Your firm must be currently certified as a DVBE firm with an agency acceptable to Roseland School District. PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT CERTIFICATION, LICENSE NUMBER, LOCATION OF PLACE OF BUSINESS AND DIR NUMBER WITH YOUR BID. Engelke Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all DVBE, Minority and Non-Minority concrete, landscape, electrical and striping subcontractors.

Requirements: Bids may be faxed to the number listed above or e-mailed to the estimator listed below. Please make sure that prior to bid time your quotation is received by our company. Scope letters should be submitted minimum the day before the bid date. Union signatory is required, Operating Engineers and Laborers. Engelke Construction, Inc.'s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor's conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor's bid proposal. Quotations must be valid for the same duration and specified by the owner for contract award. Engelke Construction, Inc. is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor's proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope contained in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal.
