We are seeking quotes for the following trade packages: Concrete, Earthwork and Utilities, Metal Studs and Drywall, Glazing, and Steel.
Plans and specifications are available upon request. Bonding: Upon review of pre-qualification forms Flint reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Initial cost of Payment and Performance Bonds will be paid by Flint directly to the subcontractors surety. Subcontractors will be required to pay for any increases due to time and contract price revisions.
