SCOPE: Site Work on 2.8 Acres including paving, biotetention basins, landscaping/Irrig., utilities, etc. Erection and finish out of 2 metal buildings. Construct foundations/SOG, all doors/windows, interiors & exteriors, fire sprinklers, and MEP.

NO PLA, but Prevailing Wage IS Required / No Prequalification Required / This is an OCIP project - please review General Conditions in Specs - Article 11 carefully / 5-10% Retention / 243 CD Duration / RFI Due 7 working days prior to bid by 2PM / Lathrop is the CM on this project, not the GC

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project
