MDG Design + Construction LLC invites you to participate in bidding on our renovation project located in East Harlem, Manhattan, NY for M/WBE subcontractors. We are looking for contractors to provide proposal for work in the following trades:
Masonry
Concrete
Please note that the project work is based on open shop labor. In addition, please be advised that due to the project being funded by HPD, the following requirements are reinforced: Executive Order 50 Compliance, Local Law 44 wage Reporting and HireNYC compliance. If requested, we will provide further information.
Eligible businesses may need to demonstrate that they are responsible and have the ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of proposed contracts.
