MDG Design + Construction LLC invites you to participate in bidding on our renovation project at 640 Riverside Drive, New York, NY for M/WBE subcontractors.
We are looking for contractors to provide proposal for work in the following trades:
 Masonry
 Metals
 Carpentry
 Storefront
 Windows
 Marble restoration
 Flooring
 Plumbing
 Boiler
 HVAC
 Electrical

Please note that the project work is based on open shop labor. In addition, please be advised that due to the project being funded by HPD, the following requirements are reinforced: Executive Order 50 Compliance, Local Law 44 wage Reporting and HireNYC compliance.
