Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified UDBE/DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials supply/delivery, Trucking, Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Job Site Management, Prepare Water Pollution Control Plan, Temporary Traffic Stripe (Tape), Temporary Railing (Type K), Alternative Crash Cushion System, Temporary Fiber Roll, Treated Wood Waste, Temporary High-Visibility Fence, Clearing and Grubbing, Shoulder Backing, Crack Treatment, Prepaving Inertial Profiler, Prepaving Grinding Day, Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A), Data Core, Tack Coat, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Pavement Markers (Retroreflective) and Removal, Guard Railing Delineator, Remove Roadside Signs, Retroreflective Sheeting (Type XI), Roadside Signs, Midwest Guardrail System (Steel and Wood Post), Vegetation Control, Transition Railing, Thermoplastic Striping and Markings and Removal, Concrete. ETC?Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.

Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC will assist with performance and payment bonds as they may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC, will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC requirements and will be required to sign the standard Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC's office. Endorsements or waivers required are Additional Insured End., Primary Wording End., and a Waiver of Subrogation (GL & WC).
