Package 3 includes: earthwork, drainage, erosion control, striping, asphalt pavement, crane rail and concrete runways for Rail Mounted Gantry (RMG) Cranes, compressed air system, utility work, lighting, fencing, electrical and communication work. Rail work for the project will include installing turnouts, switches, track, and other track materials. Electrical work will also include electrical power for the RMG cranes including directional drilling, electrical vaults, crane power anchor pits, and a crane electrical building.
