The purpose of this RFP is to prepare all Contract Documents to comply with the Plan for the Lee Lake Dam Upgrades (Dam No. 818-2) submitted by EVMWD to the Department of Safety of Dams (DSOD), dated March 6, 2017. This plan has specific milestones that must be met. The critical milestone is the DSOD certification which must occur by September 2019 to ensure no additional permits such as the Emergency Action Plan by DWR are required for the facility.
