Oscar Renda Contracting Inc. is bidding this project
as a prime contractor and is soliciting DBE
subcontractor and supplier bids/proposals for the
Franklin WRF Project.

ORC encourages DBE
subcontractors and suppliers to contact our office for
detailed information on the scopes of work available
and the terms and conditions of the contract. We are
willing to assist in obtaining bonding, lines of credit,
and/or insurance. Large work can be broken down
into smaller categories to facilitate bidding.
