Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.
Scope of work as described on the project drawings: replacement of existing HVAC system for classroom building A, C, D, E, F and G including modification of diffusers, supply ducts, and air grilles.
NOTES:
1) This is a PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT
2) No alternates are requested by the Ownership at this time-- base price should include all work as defined in the project documents.
