The Rancho Los Amigos project involves conversion of existing facility to a sports complex. This project is located at 7651 Gardendale Street, Downey CA 90242. Work to include but is not limited to demolition of 2 existing warehouse structures & 2 small utility sheds, natural grass soccer fields with perimeter fencing, 74 space parking lot, 2100 SF one story support building with building public restrooms concession and storage spaces. Concrete, Asphalt, Masonry, Fencing, Landscaping, Utilities, Electrical, Low Voltage, Striping, Unit Pavers, Synthetic Turf, Structural Steel and all other trades associated to the scope of this job. Engineers Estimate is $8.1M

This project has a 25% CBE (MBE, WBE, DBE) goal and companies that are registered with the County of Los Angeles are encouraged to submit a bid.
