The project bids on May 16, 2018. Please submit your detailed scopes by May 7, 2018 and Final Quotes on May 14, 2018 by 12:00.
The work under contract ES-GSN-0627 shall include, but not limited to, the following summary of work: to provide all temporary facilities, environmental requirements, materials, equipment and incidentals to upgrade the fine bubble diffuser system, site work, excavation, installation and testing of buried HDPE natural gas service, site restoration, paving, installation of new 4" HDPE natural gas line, new gas header, valve, blind flange, new gas service testing, install and pressure test new regulator, meter, installation of natural gas train and modification to control panel, rehabilitation and rerate of blower, removal of existing 9" ceramic disc diffusers and installation of new 9" EPDM disc diffusers, repair of PVC air distribution headers, new differential pressure instrumentation, new local blower control panels for existing blowers, new instrument rack, new lube oil pumps for blowers, new lube oil reservoir for blower, associated electrical, mechanical piping , SCADA and control work, new gas detection alarm system, commissioning of existing natural gas trains, removal of existing electric motor driven blower, concrete slab demolition and replacement, installation of five(5) magnetic bearing turbo blowers, installation of new switchgear, active harmonic filters, lighting panel and transformer, installation of new cable, master aeration control system with most open valve dissolved oxygen control logic, new instrumentation to monitor new turbo blower header airflow, associated electrical, mechanical piping , SCADA and control work, installation of three (3) new 12" flow control valves and flow meters, as well as add/deduct items as per specifications.
