NPC is requesting quotes from the following trades including but not limited to: Trucking, lead compliance plan, CAS, traffic control, barricades, temp. pvmnt. marking/traffic striping, channelizers, portable CMS, temp. K-rail & alt. temp. crash cushion system, WPCP, temp. erosion control items, street sweeping, treated wood waste, clear & grub, AC dike, bonded wearing course, cold plane AC & HMA, rail element wall, structural concrete, minor concrete, steel pipe & plastic pipe, RSP, misc. iron and steel, chain link fencing, delineators, remove and replace roadside signs & sign panel, furnish aluminum sign, transition railing, remove & replace guardrail, concrete barrier transition, 6" & 12" rumble strip, furnish alternate pipe, alt. in-line terminal system, striping, electrical.

Dan Palmer (cell 707.732.1715 or dan.palmer@northern-pacific.com) is the estimator bidding this project. He is available to answer any questions regarding scope of work, interpretation of plans, specs, bid process. NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. INSURANCE: NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates.

NPC IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS BREAKING OUT PORTIONS OF WORK TO ENCOURAGE DBE PARTICIPATION.

Your company's certification must be current with Caltrans. We require a copy of your CURRENT CERTIFICATION with your quote. We encourage the use of DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprises). Your registration must be current with the DIR.
