Is seeking qualified DVBEs

Flint has been awarded the lease-lease-back contract for this project. We are currently looking to bring on a design-assist subcontractor for the ELEVATOR BID PACKAGE. The project consists of the following:

Increment 1: Complete site development package including mass grading, building pad preparation, parking, flatwork, athletic field development, finish grading, landscaping and complete utility infrastructure for a fifty (50) acre high school campus. Construction for four classroom buildings (two 2-story general classroom buildings and two single story classroom buildings).

Increment 2: Construction of a 7,000 sf administration building and 78,000 sf student center building including a performing arts theater, dining commons, gymnasium and support facilities.

The Owner has a 3.0% DVBE participation goal.
