We are seeking the following, but not limited to DVBE subcontractors/suppliers to provide the following services to help us meet the DVBE goals on the Happy Valley and Lafayette Elementary Schools Modular Kinder and Standard Classrooms Increment 1 - Site Work, Grading, Paving, Underground Utilities, Surveying, Demo, Building Demo, Concrete, Fencing, Hand Rails, Site Furnishings, Striping and Signage, Steel Walkway Covers, Hazardous Abatement

If Performance or Labor Materials Bonds are required please let us know if you need assistance. We require that all subcontractors have insurance as indicated in the General Contract including additional insured wording and workers compensation insurance.
