R & R Horn, Inc. is requesting quotes for the Feather River Blvd Curve Correction Project in Plumas Lake, CA. The work in general consists of improving the horizontal alignment at three locations on Feather River Blvd. between Algodon Road and 400 feet west of River Oaks Blvd. We are seeking DBE
participation in the following trades: SWPPP, Staking, Traffic
Control, Construction Area Signs, Demolition, Grinding, Sawcutting, Clearing and Grubbing, Trucking, Roadway
Excavation, Import Borrow, Aggregate Base-Supply and/or Install, Asphalt Concrete Supply and/or Install, Underground Utilities, Thrie Beam Guard Rail, Signage, Striping, and other construction activities.
