K.G. Walters Construction is seeking qualified certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District
Echowater Channel Aeration Blower. Quotes requested include but aren't limited to the following scopes of work: hazmat abatement, rebar, masonry, insulation, roofing, overhead doors, painting, HVAC, electrical and instrumentation, earthwork, mechanical insulation, asphalt paving,
SWPPP , aggregates, ready mix concrete, concrete pumping, precast concrete, trucking, structural metals, FRP fabrications, doors, windows, portable restrooms, pumps, blowers, piping and appurtenances, specialties. Standard payment terms are 95% progress payments, 5% retention unless other terms are provided for in prime contract and bonds are provided at no cost to contractor. Subcontractors, suppliers and vendors shall apply the same affirmative steps for DBE participation as required in the specifications to be responsive.
