Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs

The project is located on the banks and riparian corridor of the Napa River starting at the Yountville Cross Road bridge and extending approximately 3,000 ft to the South.
This project will include, but is not limited, to installation of temporary irrigation systems, planting of plugs, shrubs, and trees, seeding, management of invasive plant species, and site establishment and maintenance for a 3-year period after initial planting is completed.

Hanford ARC is seeking MBE/WBE contractors and suppliers from the following Trades: Landscaping & Irrigation; Vegetative Clearing.

Delivery Schedules
Initial planting will take place in two phases: the first phase can begin on Site 14 after the Notice to Proceed; the second phase can begin on Sites 12 & 13 after work is completed by the grading contractor which is estimated in November, 2018. Hanford ARC will make every effort to establish delivery schedules, when the requirements of the work permit, that encourages participation by MBEs and WBEs. Please notify us if you have any concerns with the project time requirements that will require a delivery schedule adjustment.

Bonding, Plan & Specification Interpretation, Lines of Credit, Equipment and other assistance needs
100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Hanford ARC is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans, specifications and requirements, bid preparation and obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance and any technical assistance. Hanford ARC may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. Please contact Hanford ARC with any assistance needs.
