Project Details
Construction consists of selelctive demolition of site utilities. Construction of two new buildings adjacent to an existing multi use gymnasium. The new buildings contain classrooms, offices, maintenance rooms, restrooms and commerical kitchen.
We are an equal opportunity employer. The plans and specs are available for your review at our office. Payment and/or Performance Bonds may be required from a G&S approved surety. G&S will pay up to 1 - 1/2% bond premium. Worker's Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required as well as General Aggregate limit per project w/primary wording, to which should be part of your bid. G&S is signatory to the Carpenter & Laborer Local unions. Subs will be expected to execute a standard G&S subcontract agreement.
