JMB is seeking quotes from San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC-LBEs for the following portions of work:

Traffic Control, Landscape & Irrigation, Tree Removal, Trucking, Welding, Electrical, Reinforcing Steel, Coating & AC Paving

Plans & Specs are available for review in our office. Performance & Payment Bonds may be required. Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $310 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” The CD contains essential reference documents that must be purchase along with the hard copy version of the plans and specifications. A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the original, Signed Confidentiality Agreement, appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor License number and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor. SF, CA 94102.
