Is seeking qualified DBEs, South Carolina Department of Transportation UCP Participant

Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) in coordination and cooperation with Calhoun County and the South Carolina Department of Transportation will perform a transportation and land use assessment and feasibility study for the portion of Calhoun County that is within the COATS MPO. The intent of this study is to develop multimodal transportation system solutions that meet the study area’s transportation challenges and be supportive of the preferred land use vision within the study area. These solutions will be outlined in incremental time blocks using a 2040 transportation planning horizon. The multimodal transportation system solutions will identify a list of specific projects, the benefits that will result from these projects, suggested timeframes for their completion, cost estimates for each, and potential sources of funding.
