The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from experienced lobbyists to provide legislative lobbying services representing the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District). The District is in need of an independent contractor to assist the District in influencing legislative matters in favor of the District’s mission to reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions in the Sacramento region for the benefit of public health.
