Scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to the following:
1. Demolish existing swimming pool per L.A. City STD P/BC 2014-111
2. Construct 2 new ADA compliant toilet rooms
3. Construct new Janitor’s Closet
4. Construct 3 New Offices
5. Furr out existing Exterior walls
6. Add New insulation at exterior walls
7. Add new Finishes to: new walls, ceiling and floor covering
8. Re-stripe parking area to include 2 ADA parking stalls (see sheet A2 for scope)
9. Move existing fence and Entry Gate as shown on A2
10. Remove shrubs along existing fence and fill abandon areas with asphalt to match
adjacent paving
11. Design/Build required Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Systems to support
remodeled areas and obtain Permits for such work
12. Provide California Licensed Engineering to support all work, including Structural
associated with D/B of the MEP systems.
13. Provide Shop Drawings
