Project Details
JMB is seeking participation from the following subs and vendors:
Electrical, Trucking, Traffic Control, Asphalt Paving, Striping, Furnishing Aggregates, HDPE, Precast Concrete & Welded Steel Pipe
The project scope includes the following:
Locate, identify and field verify existing utilities crossing and adjacent to the proposed pipeline alignments;
Demolish, remove, dispose of and/or abandon in place the existing Cochrane Road, Main Avenue and Half Road pipelines and associated appurtenances as shown in the Drawings;
Demolish, remove and dispose of the existing Main Avenue Chemical Feed Station as shown in the Drawings;
Furnish, install and test approximately 2,800 lineal feet of 36-,inch diameter High Density Polyethylene (HOPE) pipeline and associated appurtenances;
Furnish, install and test approximately 6,500 lineal feetof 30-inch. diameter High Density Polyethylene (HOPE) pipeline and associated appurtenances;
Furnish, install and test approximately 4,900 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter High Density Polyethylene (HOPE) pipeline and associated appurtenances;
Furnish, install and test all above- and below-grade and vaulted pipeline appurtenances and associated lateral piping, structures, foundations and all other related work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Specifications.
Coordinate, furnish, and install connections with PG&E and Pacific Bell;
Furnish, install, and test electrical, instrumentation and control systems for the energy dissipation vaults and chemical feed structure;
Furnish, install, and test flocculation and sedimentation chemical injection system, including tanks, pumps, containment, injections, and control systems;
Furnish and install supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system;
Furnish, install, and test all cathodic protection systems and associated components;
Restore all impacted sites to a condition equal to or better than that existing prior to construction.
