Hazardous Materials Abatement (Primarily Asbestos and Lead Based Paint), Structural Deconstruction;Demolition and Removal of Transit Shed No. 1, Bays ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’, adjacent Metal Shed, and Loading Dock; Recycling or legal disposal of all demolished materials; Crushing of Building Concrete Walls and Foundation to be used as Base Material; Excavation Unclassified Soil Material and placing and grading Soil Material at District Facility in Chula Vista; Water, sewer, and Electrical abandonment; Electrical Utility Service Upgrades, including 90 foot Mast Lighting, Fire Protection System, Storm Water Conveyance and quality BMP Improvements, and Site Paving; CCTV Camera Installation, Prefabricated Modular Restroom/Office Building and all other incidental items a certified small business can provide.
